Eli Pascal
It wasn't supposed to get this far. All I needed was a particular crystal to cure my father's heat exhaustion from not having a mate. Too bad the people in Meridian think that unmated Omegas are some sort of bad luck. I end up thrown in jail and under the watch of a huge handsome alpha.
God, why him? I detest him and want him at the same time.
But I can't let myself get fooled. No, all alphas are bad. All they do is pump you up with kids and split. Right?
Rall Endow is the head alpha of Meridian, and when an orange vanilla scent swirls his way, his inner alpha answers to its call.
Will he let Eli just slip out of his hands and cement his beliefs of all alphas being rotten? Or will he step up and be a good alpha daddy?
This is the first audiobook in a standalone series that can be listened to in any order. Best if listened to in order though! No cheating or cliffhangers. And yes, there's an HEA waiting to hug you at the end!

I didn't finish this book, stopping at about 50%. The author is obviously new and her writing is unpolished. She/he Often uses odd constructions and describes things in contradictory ways. For instance, she describes the omega as looking both devious and wholesome. An example of the odd phrasing is "heat flushes around on my forehead". Beyond this there is a central issue that doesn't make sense. Eli has gone to the town, braving dangerous conditions as an omega, to get a crystal that his father needs to stay alive. However when Rall the alpha come to get him out of prison Eli won't tell him his name or why he's there--even after being told that the alpha is the only source of the crystals! The rest of the story makes no sense based on this. Later Eli is planning to try and steal some crystals. While his father is lying in the hospital dying he's messing around with the alpha. This made me lose all respect for Eli and feel convinced that he was childish and had zero sense. There was a way to play up the conflict of Eli distrusting alphas and not wanting to be mated without creating this element of drama. There were also many proofing errors so I have to assume that there were no beta readers. The story had potential but didn't make good on it at all.Product details

The Alpha Heat Pascal Brothers Book One (Audible Audio Edition) Sasha Moon Michael Goldsmith Books Reviews
I just couldn't finish this book. The premise was good but the writing needs a lot of work, including proofreading. If the author decides to polish this story, I'll definitely give it another try.
I like the story of Rall and Eli. It is a short story. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I liked this story. It had a good plot and characters. I would have enjoyed it more if it was more consistent. I would like to read the rest of the series to give the author a chance to hone her writing. I received this as an ARC and voluntarily reviewed it.
I read this short story and I kind of liked it. It was ok not much else to say if you are looking for a short (about 45 minutes for me) read this is it. Some questions I have about this story is why do alphas only mate with omegas, or is it vice-a-versa and omegas can only mate with alphas? Why do omegas get "dumped" by alphas? Why, or should I say, how does the crystal help the heat? Why does Eli think that alphas don't want their own kids/pups? These things where not explained at all and it would make great addition to the book in my opinion.
I liked Rall and Eli's story. I really did enjoy this short story. It has been a while since I have read a mpreg. I think what I have always enjoyed about paranormal mpregs is the Omegas. It kinda makes you jealous of real life. I love how they are not able to control anything but deal with the heat inside, that they are not able to control it. I love most love when their Alpha gets a hold of them and the HEA begins. I enjoyed this read and I thought it was well written. Look forward to reading more from this author. I received an ARC and read voluntarily for an honest review
Good grief, another author who is either illiterate or for whom English is NOT their first language. The story was rushed and childish. The characters are 1 dimensional and the only saving grace is that the book is so short! The omega character is the worst. I don't know if he's bi-polar or what, but his entire personality changes almost constantly. He is also rash, impulsive, thoughtless and a little bit stupid. The alpha character is a little better, but you don't hear much from him so it's hard to tell.

A reluctant unmated omega due to his father's past, and a alpha who kinda wants a mate but doesn't.
Eli is a unmated omega living with his single father and brother. He wants a quiet no mate life, because of what happened to his father. But when a family crisis crops up. He must go to the next town to get for the medince.
Rall does not being the boss, let alone all the paperwork with it. But being the Alpha of Meridian, he has a lot on his plate. At the most recent meeting his sister's comment about finding a mate, is just grating on his nerves. He feels that's having a omega mate will just distract him. But he knows in order have a heir to take his place, he needs a mate. But when will he ever get time to find one?
